TBN Family Media KUWA TOFAUTI THE OTHER PERSON IN A RELATIONSHIP
Often you will witness a couple go their separate ways, marriages come to an end and at some point, people lose their lives just because of the other person in the relationship or mpango wa kando.
According to online reports, 53 percent of marriage break-ups are caused by infidelity. Reports also indicate that 57 percent of men and 54 percent of women have admitted to infidelity. It does not all end there, statistics go further to indicate that 41 percent of both men and women in marriages have admitted to physical or emotional infidelity. These are disturbing figures.
Figures that have contributed to irresponsible parenting, single parenting and to life threatening diseases that render some children orphans at a tender age. Relationships and marriages are slowly losing their meaning, they are being commercialised by the day. The sad thing is that the youth are major culprits of this.
The people who are entrusted by society to be responsible citizens of tomorrow are slowly losing it to the so called mapango wa kando. A condition that threatens the family institution of tomorrow, it also threatens the respect toward the opposite genders.
But what is the root cause of all this? What does the Bible have to say? With the statistics at such staggering numbers, does it mean it is right? Can polygamy be attributed to this?
