Yeah but the point was that the producers didnt want Rock Steady nor The NYC Breakerz to lose the battle because it would get them bad reputation out on the streets. and i agree with what you said about NYC Breakerz but take a look at Noel Aka (Kid Nice) he has done better before Beat Street and now on this scene all he does is some Top Rock and Back Spin so the producers wanted to make the Crews Evenly Matched at Moves.

i have to disagree - why was gangsta rap and black rappers in general given so much air time then and now..of course we are force fed!! this is what the media does. look at the proportion of black so called artists that get air time compared to whites, latinos, asians etc..its massively skewed towards the blacks compared to their population....why is that so? its because thats what the record execs choose to do and to promote...they dont choose to promote latin or asian music to the same extent
