Jarvis Varnado breaks NCAA career blocked-shots record

On 2/24/2010, Jarvis was coming off a 7-block performance and last-second victory at LSU. He was 8 blocks shy of breaking the NCAA career blocked-shots record, with a home game against Alabama that night. After Alabama, the Bulldogs were scheduled to play two away games - at South Carolina and at Auburn - so to break the record in front of the home crowd, Jarvis needed to get all 8 against Alabama. Jarvis only got 2 blocks in the first half, but he got the remaining 6 in the second half. The Bulldogs won the game and Jarvis Varnado set the NCAA record.

he got called up to the Heat on June 27,2011 so he will play next season along with Wade,Bosh,and Lebron,also another good draft pick is Norris Cole out of Cleveland state drafted 28th overall by the Bulls then traded to the Timberwolves then traded to Miami,i can't wait for the start of next season
