The best choice I ever made in life was to leave that shithole in 77. Watching Youtube, I see it's changed somewhat; Now instead of just the feral Puerto Ricans I remember, you now have the Mexicans and other Central American flotsam to deal with. Enjoy.

I always wanted that building. My thoughts were to build it as a Bank, nightclub, office, high end residential condos and starbucks down on the first floor. I've always loved that building. To this day I do that's probably the one thing I miss about my beloved hometown.
