  • This is really, really good for you. Just the other day I was walking home when suddenly, I found myself over a large, air filler rubber ball, and a wooded board on my head.

    If it wasnt for this training, who knows what would have happened.

  • Core Stability but it affects alot of different everyday activities and sports like snowboarding are now at a new level for me. WOW, I love it!

  • Balance is more effectively trained during unilateral exercises on stable surfaces. There was also a study done where they slightly unbalanced the bottom portion of a snatch, and they had incredible results with the athletes trying to re-stabilize themselves (it was very controlled, obviously, because otherwise it would have been way too dangerous).

  • You should try this drill i learned. You try to catch a object thrown at you, but it has to pose a real threat. The real threat (serious bodily injusy) should be non lethal but very painful. The reason is you adrenline starts pumping (makes your muscles stonger/bigger). I had amazing results with a shot putt and a blunted javelin thrown at me full speed. If i remember correctly i gained 2 pounds of muscle that week. You should try it!
