  • would you agree that a Thukmb-OP can cause serious problems in the cervical spine? In the arms and the hand bc. of a permanent incorrect tension of muscles and fibers? Formerly I played piano (which did the first operationd doctor knew) - since the foirst operation my fingers do not work normally for piano; due to the 2nd OP (I got a knew angle out of my rip) the function of the hand is still wrong and the above mentioned problems are still there. Is this a "normal" op-conseq. or is it

  • @Pianda :

Sorry Pianda...Post-surgery is not my area of expertise. I can tell you that we work hard to educate all musicians, athletes and workers to use conservative approaches to any extremity problem before surgery is considered.

  • It is currently not available in Greece in retail, but you can order online. We send to Greece.

  • I had two fingers in my left hand crushed (broken) and can no longer play guitar.

Hope this helps, because I've been really depressed not being able to play any more. Or piano, or flute.

I just ordered from your site, but the 10 percent coupon didn't work.....maybe because I am in Canada? Anyway, it was only a few bucks off on a 3 pack, so no big deal, I suppose. Most important thing to me, is to be able to play guitar, piano and flute again, and be able to type with both hands again!

  • @LikesTruth

Keep in touch & let us know how you do. Handmaster Plus stimulates blood flow & lymphatic drainage (key for repair), as well as muscles tone AND balance. I will have the coupon function checked.

  • What is it with people and trying to get to the hardest ball ASAP? Why? Are you trying to hurt yourself more or gain something? Exercise wisely. I use it before i play guitar and i can tell the difference. i had it for 3 years and i`ve never even used the hardest ball.

  • @Ometopada : Good point! Hand, wrist and foream muscle tone and balance is the most important consideration. With great tone and balance comes strength, speed, flexibility and blood flow. Key 4 health & performance. Unless u r very strong naturally (small percentage of population) the medium strength Handmaster Plus is the proper choice. 1-3 times per day until u experience a comfortable fatigue is suggested. For each session, desired exercise usually requires no longer than 1-2 minutes. doczac

  • @Pianda ....is it still a consequence of primary problems in the cervical spine that seondary caused the Rhiz-arthrosis-problems? For the others: NEVER let you operate, always check the actual underlying problems for finger-thumb-aches and do excercise! Thank you doctor!!!!!!

  • I had an Epping-Plastik-Surgery (Trapez was taken away, I was totally misinformed prior to the OP) - until that I had biggest problems in the hand and in the neck; I later found a doctor who made me a new thumb-angle - he explained me, that Epping-Plastik-Patients do suffer in hand, arm and neck and shoulder bc of the to-short-distance btw the 2 thumbangles, what causes a minor tension in the muscles - but after the 2nd OP I still have to little muscle. tension, coming from the thum area...

  • is ti available in greece?

  • I forgot to ask one more thing :)

I'm suffering from Guyon Cannal Syndrom on both of my hands caused by using keyboard/mouse/video games joystick. Would Handmaster Pro help me with it?

I've been resting for almost two months already, avoiding using my hands and now that I'm feeling better I decided to give this a try.

  • Hi,

I just received my Handmaster Plus medium version and it feels quite hard to squeeze, but I can still make it. Should I replace it with the soft version or just keep on with this one even though it's kindda hard?
