these kids need to focus on the proper technique of landing as they are all landing with valgus knees and their weight over their toes. They land very rigid as well

wow my coaches would kill us if we just sat there and waited for the layup rebound. lol the bands are killer though, i tried them for the first time yesterday, greatest training i've ever had.

We use the hands behind the head to help them focus on balance. Also, it makes them focus on using the legs and hips only. The tendency is to use the arms and shoulders and we want total focus on leg development for this drill.
