hello, im interested in joining the halo 3 sotp clan, im a level 36, im an expert at taking screenshots & custom sigs which will help with the clan, i have a steady and accurate br, a good sniper, i also know how to strafe etc....

it doesn't really work that way Recon Armor is given thru the 7 Vidmaster Achievements, A long time ago they used to give it away
