@WILCOX11B 37mm launchers are not destructve devices. The 40mm launchers however are and are regulated by the BATF.

Cool. I'd love one of these to do an m79 clone/lookalike project!

If you have a registered 37mm Destructive Device (DD) where can someone get the variety of rounds seen here?

As he mentions in the video, all the rounds he uses are pyrotechnic so the launcher does not actually need to be a registered destructive device. You can check the guys out: americanspecialtyammo(dot)com. They have a good assortment of 37mm items.

@Schnitzeraffe - But as far the rounds deemed "no go" by the ATF such as the CS seen here in this video would one be able to legally buy this type of rounds if the device is registered? I would assume this one is a registered DD as he is able to get a hold of and use the CS rounds. I am planning on buying one of these launchers mainly for flares and smokes but was considering getting it registered if that would allow me to occasionally buy CS. Whats your thoughts?

An unregistered 37mm launcher can be used with smoke, flare, gas, or line-launching. Use with anti-personnel ammunition such as rubber pellets, wooden batons, buckshot, and flechette is when you need to register the launcher as a destructive device. I've seen the gas rounds on auction sites before, but I'm not sure of a web store that sells them. Register on Grog's forum (address is listed in the video description) and start studying. The guys there are VERY knowledgeable.
