Hi all! Happy Lunar New Year!!

Sorry it has been so long! The weather has been soo gloomy/dreary for the longest time now (over a week!) and I really wanted to wait to film with natural sunlight but i've been trying my best to work with my lights and camera settings :) As always thank you for being patient!

The semi-permanent hair color I mentioned in the video is Clairol Natural Instincts in Brown/Black :) It works great just DON'T use the revitalizer if you're afraid it will turn your hair ORANGE!

*gasp* here's a FOTD (face of the day) for you!

face:
-no foundation or bb cream or anything today :) just Graftobian HD powder and a deeper color as bronzer
-Maybelline Dream Mousse concealer (discontinued i believe)
-MAC blush in Dollymix
-light shimmer highlight on the cheekbones curved up to the brow bone, on the cupid's bow above lip, and slightest bit down bridge of nose :)

eyes:
-Urban Decay brow box
-Urban Decay Naked palette (Naked all over lid, Sin on center of lids and on brow bone, Buck in crease, Hustle softly in outer V, Creep smudged in upper lash line, Virgin in inner tear ducts)
-Bobbi Brown gel liner in Black Ink
-i layered 2 mascaras because the L'oreal Voluminous Million Lashes is not thickening enough so I went over it with Make Up For Ever's Aqua Smoky Lash

lips:
-Revlon Colorstay lipstick in Cozy Coral (discontinued) with a little Revlon Lip Butter in Strawberry Shortcake

On nails: China Glaze in VIII with Milani Ruby Jewels on top

@cutecouture7 I think how you and xteeener took each comment was in the wrong way they were meant. You find hers deffensive and she didn't mean it that way and doesn't think it is and she found yours to be exaggerated and you also dont think it is. Sometimes i see we forget that we arn't talking face to face where it is easier to see how we mean things by our facial expression. Talking through comments or a chat is hard because you truly never know how the comment was meant.

Regardless of what picture you bring or how you explain it. It all depends on the stylist's skills. For the times I've had my hair cut I don't always know before hand who I get or how long they've worked cause I don't stick to one salon. For me, I like to keep it simple and basic so at least I know they can do the cut right. I don't color my hair so I don't have to worry about that.

I always say Happy Chinese New Year, probably because I am from China, grew up in China, and this festival means so much to me. Lunar New Year would sound somewhat detached. After reading the comments, I just hope my way of greeting is not offensive or too egocentric for my friends. Afterall, it should be a cheerful and happy occasion. It is for me a great thing that we all share something in common despite of differences.
