Balochistan is infact the poorest province of Pakistan with very very low literacy rate.Your Baloch women are just kept like animals at home whom u never allow to go outside to get education and u know a society is made half of men and half of women and if in a region more than half of it's population is illiterate then imagine how that region will progress?
