With the news of Desperate Housewives's next season being their last and news of The Young and the Restless casting the role of Isabella's now 18-year-old son Ricky, I would love to see Eva Longoria come back as Isabella and get her revenge on Michael, Paul and Christine but only if it's done right. Y&R has a tendency to do wrong by some of their actors and there is so much good story telling that can happen if this is executed correctly.

She was married to Jack, and yes, she caught him cheating with Diane. The revelation caused Patti to miscarry, and she shot Jack later on.

Now why didn't I think of THAT, Lorie! You may seriously be right because MJB flashbacked about Paul Williams (her brother?) being happy to see her/being angry to see her; and Patti was soooo obsessed with Jack. Weren't they married to each other and then divorced because Jack cheated with Diane? I don't know, it does look like it could be Patty Williams but Diane was crazy, too.
