I would be laughing so hard if my butt looked like that. Go on short term from work, make money by sitting my ass on some ice and become famous by squeezing it out on youtube. I'd become more famous than Robb Angus

This is when it's time for a trip to the vet. Some people just aren't comfortable doing things like this and they shouldn't attempt it. If there had been an infection blocking the duct you could have ruptured the anal gland and had to put him through surgery.
