  • Thanks you for the tips...but I am a student-athlete. I play soccer in college as a goalkeeper and jarring my entire body is my job. I suppose I am just going to have to manage my pain through this senior season and then take on other sports such as Standing Paddle Board :), (I can't stop running, and running doesn't seem to bother me too much anyway), and kayaking. I recommend that anyone who is active, brave and willing with this disease should never stop with their passion.

  • it sucks i used to ride horses, have been my entire theyre my passion, and i can no longer enjoy my dream...........

  • thanks, i haven't wanted to touch a bike since this whole ordeal (possible IC) started anyways.

for me, even walking can be bothersome after about 15 min or so. it seems like doing any sort of stomach crunches make my bladder symptoms worse as well though swimming doesn't seem to bother it (though i wasn't swimming in a chlorinated pool).

  • thank you for these tips!
