@pyrotechnics100 yes it can. 95mW is the minimum power needed to light matches. This laser has 125mW.

can someone say how you see the beam? is the laser just powerful enough to illuminate small particles in the air? What minimum power would be required to have an effect like this, burning stuff is not required.

@STFUC Correct, the beam is visible when it is reflected of particles in the air.

Normally 35mW is the minimum power required for indoor use or in dark/dim conditions.

@ImTeME This video is from a customer so I don't know. Probably not because with out smoke the beam of a 125mW laser is easily that bright.
