http://www.fittwarehouse.com I cannot say enough about her work ethic day in and out of the gym. She comes in every day to "Lift like Tarzan" and as you can see, "Look like Jane." She is perfroming heavy prowler sled pushes following her lower body training session which consisted of
1.Trap Bar DL 5x5
2.Squat 2x8,1x20
3.Skater Jumps 3x10 ea leg
4.Band Pull Throughs 3x20
5.Heavy Prowler 2x40 w/ 270 lbs
