Several participating churches, pastors and ministries who took part in Bellbrook's 2011 Good Friday CrossWalk, represented the Bellbrook-Sugarcreek Ministerial Association. Three crosses where carried through the streets of Bellbrook in remembrance of Jesus, The Lamb of God, who was sacrificed on the cross for our sins. Those in the pastoral community participating included: Pastor Steve Knell of First Baptist Bellbrook, Pastor Paul Santoro of Christ's Church, Pastor Stan Gockel of Bellbrook Presbyterian, Shane Jett Director of YWAM-Dayton, Michael Sabin, Pastor of WINGS Christian Fellowship and his wife, Heather Sabin, co-directors of Bellbrook House of Prayer (BellHOP). Special guests include: Sugarcreek Police Chief, Gilbert Flick and Suzan Lopez, Director of Bellbrook Family Resource Center. Individual members represented several other churches; all demonstrating that Bellbrook & Sugarcreek Township is a Community of Faith. The CrossWalk ended in prayer at Bellbrock Park with the song, "Were You There" led by pastor and organizer of the event, Mike Sabin.
