@sk8ross where I play, you just dont get in the frostmourne and the platform does not break, noone kills the val'kyrs - they wander around and u can dodge them (or use iceblock, detterence, shadowmeld or sth :))

I know you are the expert, well not really, Tankspot, but there is a much easier way to go through the transitions than running out then running back on Quake, especially since most noobs die.
With good healers the best option would be to actually go onto the stairs and then have your healers heal everybody despite the increased damage done. From there you would stack up and would not risk getting tossed off the platform.
When simply dpsing stay off stairs so he doesn't get defile on them.
