Buchanan attack

I was fortunate enough to be at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo to shoot this video. The jerk who attacked Pat Buchanan had a problem with freedom of speech.

I was not sure if he was an assassin or just a jerk. I was going to drop camera and subdue him.

I am the camera person and i own the rights to this video.

He ran into me and almost knocked over my camera.
It was sad that many liberals actually thought this behavior was okay.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Commentator and former presidential candidate Pat Buchanan cut short an appearance after an opponent of his conservative views doused him with salad dressing.

Stop the bigotry! the demonstrator shouted as he hurled the liquid Thursday night during the program at Western Michigan University.

His name is Sam. I believe this happened in 2005. The charges were dropped, but he is banned from Western for life (which is where I go).

The only thing he was really upset about is that the news didn't mention that this happened on Ceasar Chavez day, ergo he appropriately used ceasar salad dressing to cream the ragin fascist.

I was at this speech... I remember thinking after how easy it would have been for that guy to do something much worse as he was able to make his way on stage with minimal effort... after he walked al the way up that long aisle. I was actually able to share some thoughts with the loser as he was being stuffed in the cop car outside the Bernhard center. The loser was not a WMU student and is just a punk... As his hair suggests.
