Just wanted to say that when I mentioned Cradle and Dimmu as a comparison I did so only to point out the difference between a real Black Metal band (Beherit) and the weak crap that know-nothings consider "Black Metal" (CoF, DB, etc).

@metlmick I really don't see how Dimmu or Cradle are doing here, they are shitty music for gothic chick wannabe's. This is Beherit, only comparisions possible are Old Funeral, Bathory, early Mayhem, Immortal, Sarcofago...

@jhpv89 All in all this album was more of a compilation released by the label...at first Beherit didn't want it to be released after their first album due to time and money...but it ended up being one the most epic black metal in history...next to others.

@jhpv89 This was actually first black metal I listened to and it kind of scared me a bit, knowing that this was more than just music..this song may be slow, but I think that was the intention...it was very ritualistic...

I have to say that this album lacks 95% of it's energy it needs, mostly because of the sounds and the boredom of it's songs, just like this one! and I just cannot catch up with the atmosphere of this album and i find it fucking empty. salomons gates and nocturnal evil are the real deal in this album for me, the rest of it just sucks.
