  • I can understand your skepticism. There are many degrees of hyperhidrosis. Yes, I have gone through periods of my life where sweating was at its worst.

Fortunately, I've found strategies that do work well. I'm sorry you haven't reached a successful treatment plan up until this point.

By no means though, should you ever give up or stop looking for that one solution out there that will help you. I hope you find it. Thanks for your comment!

  • I agree. Hyperhidrosis has caused me so much pain and I eat none of the bad things and only the good things.

  • Hyperhidrosis is genitic you smarties.

Yes you CAN do stuff to make it stop or limit it, but just because you eat a lot of spicy food and then you sweat a lot doesn't mean you have this condition. I have it and I sweat even when its 16 degrease outside. Trust me I have. And one more thing to prove my theory. I absolutely hate spicy food. So you smart people explain what could be MY cause of having this consediring I hate spicy food.

  • Oh hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend lost tons of weight with it.

  • @Lars1540 So if you have an important thing that requires you to be at your best, then avoid foods which irritate your condition. If you want to swear about it, you have no one but yourself to blame. So save your swearing for the mirror. I have the condition too. There are times I eat what I want but I eat what I should most of the time which only goes to prove what he is saying.

Eating a vegan diet is easier on the digestion and does the most to overcome the tendencies to drink.

  • Just use " Clinique antiperspirant deodorant stick" The grey one. Its awesome. Acent free, effektive and you dont have to have it overnight.

  • Nice video.

  • But I love spicy food! no wonder i have had hyperhidrosis. I eat too much spicy food.

  • hey hey! Have you considered intellectus diet (search on google for intellectus424dietcom)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my sister lost tons of weight with it.

  • Milk is the chief allergen. Changing to soy milk is the easiest thing to change. Vanilla soy milk is the nicest taste, but almond milk is very nice. Human beings cannot digest casein beyond lactose intolerance. Whatever you are allergic to, will make you sweat more. Milk also causes constipation. This puts more toxins back in your blood, more reason to sweat. Soy is the best for women however.

I will have to say that if you only have sweaty hands, you have no idea of how severe HH is actually.

  • oh boy im Indian and keeping away from spice will be hard but i have to try it!

    thanks
