I just got this game
and its pretty hard to do fast serves like 120 mph and faster without hitting the net or hitting the ball out
is there a way i could improve my serves in this game

just do the tutorial and practice to hit the ballwith the best timing (it depends which character you play with)
Then play and play again ;)

stamina has it any effect on special shots

yep. With low stamina, you do more errors especially on risk shots
