  • That was nice to see, instructors with patience for individual needs. Autism and martial arts are a beneficial mix. As long as a person can move their body somehow, they can engage in martial arts.

  • I love how the instructor uses terrific modeling for movements and timing and then removes all the verbal cues. Knowing when to assist and when to let the student move independently. The connection with the instructor is strong! Requesting his choice for "#2" Dan Gun was awesome. I am an adaptive martial arts instructor in Oregon and I am always excited to see how TKD is reaching students with special needs in ways that nothing else can. Wonderful martial arts school environment!
