It is URGENT that Kermit finds a home or rescue arrangement IMMEDIATELY!! We were just notified on January 1st, 2011 that his papers will be pulled very soon & he WILL BE EUTHANIZED!
Kermit is a beautiful, fixed male, chocolate and white Doberman Pinscher and Pointer mix. He is about a year old.
Kermit will be euthanized for no other reason than to make room at the shelter for other animal intake.
This is one sweet & lovable boy that asks only to love & be loved. Please reach out & be the ONE that makes the difference for Kermit. Open your arms, heart & home to Kermit & you will be rewarded with his unconditional love.
This pup has been through so much in his short life. When he was first brought into the shelter back in September (2010) he was skin & bones. He was sent to foster care where he was nurtured back to health. Unfortunately, foster care is not permanent & he was taken back to the shelter after his recovery.
He has since spent another 2 months waiting for someone to take him home. Now his time has run out. If Kermit doesn't find a home immediately, he will never leave the shelter.
Once you let Kermit into your life you will wonder how he could have possibly been left at the shelter for so long. He is a gentle spirit the loves to give kisses & loves kids.
If you know of anyone who may be able to adopt or rescue, Kermit (ID# A532187) Call The South Animal Care Center, Melbourne, Florida, IMMEDIATELY (321) 253-6608.
Please share this video!! The next person that watches it may be the one who saves a life!
Tracey, the Rescue Coordinator from the South Animal Care Center, recently confirmed that Kermit has been officially adopted!
