Out of curiosity, who owns and runs the Global Positioning System satellites? Would this device allow them to monitor my movements as well?

Goood question!! I'll check up on the satellite ownership. They couldn't monitor your movements unless you had the unit installed in your vehicle.

I am Mr. White of Whitehouseenterprise. Ruth is Mrs. White of Whitehouseenterprise. Ruth was the first to post videos items on this site for others to view.
Ruth's is the campaign.
There will be other products to offer on this site and after the campaigning is over, she will be featuring books that she thinks people might want to read that will give a different slant on certain issues that we are all concerned about.

Ruth has been to New Hampshire Campaigning and has been on Presidential Forums, because is deeply compassionate about our country and hates seeing it go down the tubes, so Ruth is doing everything in her power to get her message out and the message people tell her are their concerns and Youtube is it. By the way have you checked out her official website located in the description of her videos? You might find it very interesting.
