Seeing this tv spot I think that has to be a special cut in the DVD&Blu Ray. Because I saw this movie 4 times and i never heard that Fox says: You're retired. I really hope that is gonna hapen. (Bad English is possible)

no he starts the movie with a cane.. I don't think he will get his back broken either... would take too much time to recover... also he wouldn't be able to climb the wall

After watching this, here's my theory..I think bane will break batmans back...batman will be in a cane as seen on 0:07 and then that's when batman returns to fight bane for a second time.... :/
