Over feeding chihuahuas is very unhealthy for them. They are a generaly healthy breed but they are prone to dental issues and over eating. You should put him on a diet. Chihuahuas weight weighs down on there tiny fragile legs causing huge health risks. Start him on a diet and maybe he will run faster....and his heart may speed up a little as well.
