Its strange that although caffeine is supposed to be bad for OCD but still I find an infusion of Green Tea and dried Blackcurrants extremely relaxing . Homeopathy has also helped me a lot .

Have you tried meditation? To help ease this "keyed up" feeling all day, and just help pop the stress valve? It does help, but takes time to see the benefits, i found. I really recommend the mindfulness meditation techniques.
Sending you love and hugs from here girl, i soo hope its getting easier since you made this vid. x

@TheSpartacat It sounds like the every nerve in your body is keyed to high alert 24/7 - your brain getting high stress signals ALL the time, with the looking over your shoulder to check your son and stuff. Like you, i don't like taking pills for anything but sometimes you need to give yourself every chance at getting something under control and its one way that has helped many.

Oh hunny, what you're going through sounds like absolute hell :'-( i'm sooo sorry to hear it. (i'm 5 mths behind here, i've been hibernating) So glad you're talking about it though, and hope the wave of "me too" in your comment section is helping. You're not alone & its not all that strange, and definitely nothing to be embarrassed about. Anxiety is pretty prevalent in its many guises and its a bitch to deal with. :-( It just takes over...

Sometimes I have to back off the coffee and Alex Jones for a while because I get worked up. I have a Wife and 3 girls and I worry so much about protecting them in these turbulant times that I start freaking out.

You sound like you're handling it pretty well as compared to my experience. I was in bed for 15 years. I'm fine now with the right combination of meds and I finally found a purpose in life and a passion. At 49 years old, I'm finally living my dream as an artist. The meds got me out of bed from depression but my art saved my life. I wish you all the best.

very refreshing to see someone opening themselves up wide. You're beautiful. Anxiety is an ancient survival mechanism which kept your people alert and alive when the less aware of the species were easy prey. Unfortunately, we still have these mechanisms (now called disorders) and the world is not as threatening as it once was. I can definitely relate. Great vid. Love these real people videos. Thanks for sharing.

Just a couple of things. I'm no expert. There's a thing called "the secrets of the heart". Apparently we don't even know what they are in ourselves. You remember the Johnny Cash song - "I keep a close watch on this heart of mine." I don't think that "the heart" has ever been philosophically defined, but we all know it's there. Could you be afraid that God is going to punish you for something?

reflexology might help also:)
I have chronic p.t.s.d., and o.c.d. and p.p.d. so all this is familiar to me. Caffeine was found in a recent study, to aggravate anxiety badly. It's the only stimulant that does so. For some reason it magnifies anxiety sharply, so it is recommended that you not drink it or have only one cup a day. Write me if you have any questions ok.

Wow, I was just thinking about these issues yesterday & thinking I ought to do a video. So I may come up with a video response. People tend to think there is a "one size fits all" plan for diets, health issues, life, etc. and that is not the case. There are some GENERAL concepts & coping strategies which tend to apply pretty generally, but that's sorta where it ends. Your fear of losing control w drink or drugs is a troubling indication of something, however, I must say. Hm. Uprated.
