Who Are the Family of "Jacob"?

Meeting a soul mate is an interesting experience. It feels as if you've known this person your entire life. There's an instant comfort, like family, but also like family, this person can get on your last nerve instantly. The difference is a feeling of knowing you can be irritated with this person, & still love them. The strength of the connection is complete secure, rooted, & loving.

I am looking for a clip of theirs I heard and have not found yet again, it is about couples and she uses the example of how couples talk to each other and if you were in the car together and a third person spoke to you mate the way you do, how that would make you feel. And she talks about the "need to be right". Any help would be great! Also I don't know if it is the same clip or another she talks about driving and letting your partner go the "wrong direction." Love to know the title.
