I found the eating of it pretty bearable, but the next 15 or so hours where you feel it go from your stomach through your guts and out pretty horrendous.

This is good and all but the peppermint extract shot just seems more creative. What would be the best, though, is the peppermint extract shot mixed in with this stuff. Only reason I don't think this should win is because of the cinnamon spoon ICYL which is almost exactly like this.
