I would be having a fucking cow if people did this. I live in Portland OR and people seriously don't know how to drive in snow. They proved that in December of 2008 when there was a massive snow storm.

@hotmetal53....i come from Michigan and live in eugene oregon now, i go past drivers and cops sliding all over the place as i go past them doing 50 with no chains no studs and bald tires. it dows have a little bit to do with it yes.
