Nice fishing pipe. I was born the year of the Monkey. Got me some Northwoods today for the first time from Boswell along with Sweet tea, Apple Strudel, and Countryside. I love Northwoods' smokey flavor/smell.

Vintage Syrian an aromatic? Hardly :D Cube however IS an aromatic, and one of the less hideous ones ;)

If you like the Syrian Latakia, try The Solent Mixture by Mac Baren - it only contains about 15% Syrian though...nothing compared to the nearly 50% in Vintage Syrian! But it is an amazing smoke none the less, and the oldest of all the Mac Barens (produced since 1950)

good review i was in local tobacconist here and i saw the mac baren vintage syrian, but i didnt buy it. im gonna try it cause i love both latakia and oriental tobaccos!

there is a sliver, gold and bronze but like u i prefer the silver more its fruity notice is perfect and its one of the few tobaccos that smell like it taste. if u like serian latakia try solani black and white,,as for blending i always do it in my tobaccos to enhance the characters i prefer the most
