In todays Holistic Show episode #8, I mix up and apply an oily skin mask using 1tbs French Green Clay, 1 drop lavender & 1 drop rosemary oil. I also give you ingredients for a normal and dry skin mask that you can make at home too.

  • Just a comment, dont use metal or plastic spoons/ bowls, itd work better with a table spoon and a glass container. I dont remember why, but it has to do with the metal ionization powers and stuff. Just dont use it

  • @jesusmysaviorful Yes, I found the same green clay (from Germany) in 2 different stores. Both stores sell all kind of "natural" products: vitamins, shampoos, soaps, protein supplements, oils, yogurt starters, other natural supposed juices or similar products.

  • @ancamg : oh you mean you can buy the clay mask on the Health Food store,right?., BTW thanks for the info:)

  • @jesusmysaviorful I found green clay in a store selling natural products. It comes from Germany, but it is quite the same with the French one.
