@12tipy12 you can believe that you will be okay for a long while! Been living indiagnosed most of my life. I am 30 now. Just got the diagmosis myself two months ago..some days are worse then others... Lately more good than bad.... Still trying to wrap my mind around it all. As one AS Sufferer says "just keep moving!"

hello for everybody !! I have AS , I have been medicated with remicade with great advances , now I am with autohemoterapy with also great advances ! I am looking for people to chat with , in english , to learn the languaje , also for coment experiences about our AS , good luck for everybody in your lifes , I will be waiting for your mesage , bye, bye !!!!

im a 30 year old femail with ankylosing spondylitis. i am almost wheel chair bound...nothing has helped eas my pain. i cant walk any more without at least a cain and that is only around the house,still extremely painful.

I have ulcerative colitis and starting to develop symptoms of AS. I've been trying raw vegan diet (pretty extreme) and hopefully that will prevent it from getting bad.. So far, my skin is clearer, headaches gone, guts better, clear mind :) life is good.
heey can i ask you a question im 20 i was diagnosed with AS when i was 19 right now my medication im on is aleve and a stomach pill to relax my stomach im still in pain everyday but the aleve really help alot . my whole body hurts from the AS can you please telll me how your dealling with AS and please give me some encuragement , the doctor said i won't be paralized or disable but for some reasson i have a hard time believing him shoud i trust him when he says im going to be ok ?
