This is my 1 year body transformation. I lost 35 lbs the first 2 months just working out at home doing high intensity workouts with no weights.

In june i decided to join a gym and this is when i really saw results i was gaining muscle mass and losing bodyfat at the same time. This is very easy for beginners so take advantage.

I recently gaine 25 lbs and i will begin to post videos on how to burn fat as fast as possible i will post my workouts and nutrition / diet

  • how do you get the v cut I don't know yo get that. And only 4-6min intensive cardio every day?

  • @king4dB for v cut check out my ab workouts in the gym is on my channel. I do weight training to add more muscle. My intense cardio is to burn off the fat and look ripped

    Thanks! should I do 4-6 min cardio everyday. And how many times a week do you work on your abs and for how long.

    For the abs I saw one of your videos and it said to work on them twice a week! And I saw another of your videos and it said 5 times a week! so what do u do?
