@bgbgstone I think people compare him to the Rock because he A) Speaks in the third person B) Has a similar name structure and C) Is probably one of the best mic workers going today, and a lot of great speakers from this generation (Cena/Kennedy, etc) have been compared to the Rock because he's, generally, become the first person people think of when it comes to great talkers. I wouldn't say it necessarily has anything to do with him being black.

People, People, People If you are gonna compare Pope to anybody it should be Dusty Rhodes "Daddy"..... Everybody draws inspiration from someone else.... The only thing Pope and Rock have in common is they both refer to themselves in third person..... Pope is original.... And Pimpin.... Keep him in the main event scene
