  • The Senate and Congress should be ashamed for their ignorance, denial, lies and general incompetence regarding climate change. Get educated here: ClimateProgress . org -- ClimateCodeRed . net -- It's deeply irresponsible to not take substantial action to prevent further catastrophic climate change. BeyondNuclear . org -- EverythingNuclear . org -- ucsusa . org/nuclear_power/ -- nirs . org -- thebulletin . org -- NukeFree . org -- uspirg . org -- Greed for energy is poisoning future generations.

  • These nuclear plants have to have power or there is disaster. I think they are a bad idea all together! N.P.P. are unnecessary! Natural disasters have and always will happen! Therefore it is a bad idea. Now give the terrorist the know how great!

  • @reSAVAGEGUY Apparently u r operating from an very limited perspective, hence your propensity 4 vulgarity as well as your myopic adherence 2 a system that is shown 2 b inherently flawed, i.e; nuclear power. If u & others that share your views were 2 research the plethora of, viable alternate sources of power that r available 2 your species, such as geothermal, tidal forces, solar & wind options & if I may, the energy collecting systems of Nikola Tesla, u might find a way out of this mess 143

  • @reSAVAGEGUY: I've got an idea ~ Why don't we use the firestorm that's going on in your head to heat our homes and run our industries? Hay we can even sell the surplus abroad. I'll leave you alone now as I see no further advantage in besting a fool.

  • @reSAVAGEGUY

I think it is an unbiased report. They are addressing the possibility that the current situation in Japan will become a major precaution to our own plans for building nuclear power plants.

What could weaken the United States, would be a meltdown. Diversifying towards renewable resources isn't necessarily killing our country. We have already begun the process towards renewable energy, and it is much safer than nuclear energy.

  • RICHARDSON, WHY DON'T YOU JUST HIDE IN YOUR OWN LITTLE WORLD, NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR FROM A CROOK !!!

DON'T ASPIRE FOR ANOTHER GOVERNMENT JOB BECAUSE YOU ARE UNFIT FOR LEADERSHIP !! DISHONEST, CROOK !!

STOP SUPPORTING YOUR PRO-MEXICAN ILLEGAL ALIEN PEOPLE !!

GO HOME TO MEXICO WITH YOUR LOVED AND SUPPORTED ILLEGAL ALIENS BECAUSE YOU ARE GETTING OVER WEIGHT WITH YOU CROOKING AND DISHONEST WAYS !!

  • Richardson= stupid schmuck. But he's right, we need to learn from what we just saw happen to the Japanese
