  • Is there a way to do it w/o a candy thermometer?

  • @lilacfunk Candy therms are cheap, (get the analong one that he uses in all the other eps) but if you don't want to get one, then by sight would be the only way. I'd watch Citizen Cane for reference.

  • holy mother he uses a ton of butter.... not good

  • I wouldn't want to underestimate it, but if you spill mercury, just put down some aluminium foil over it- they'll both amalgamate. Just thought it would be useful to say.

  • @lilacfunk You might want to look into mail order.

  • For the microwave one can you substitute the peanut butter for chocolate.

  • @lilacfunk You are welcome.

  • @Kabarile31 Thank you!

  • Thank you for uploading this video!

  • @lilacfunk Put ice cold water in a clean glass. When fudge boils, take a little and drop it in the water. If it remains a little ball and does not flatten, then it is ready.

  • @Katjaneway I live in Singapore. Alot of the things are hard to come by here.
