I can't see that doing much. What about stripping it down and doing a physical clean instead of poking with an ear stick.

So spraying carb cleaner inside the EGR doesn't destroy the rubber diaphragm inside? I was told that the carb cleaner will destroy it. I have a 94 Chevy with a 350 TBI with the EGR getting nasty, been looking to fix it.
