This problem has its roots going back long before 1960. Quite how far back it does go will probably never be known. So to pull out a date like that is...well...somewhat missing the point I think.

These are terrorists who pray on children and countries and should be dealt with according to International terrorism laws. These people should be electronically tagged and marked to let people know they are catholics. Why are these terrorists allowed specail status over other terrorists?
We do not negotiate with terrorists, ask Bush,Blair and Ahern they have said too that they do not negotiate with terrorists.
