Every site you go to logs your IP.
Nothing new there.
ALL of the Search Engine EXCEPT the Meta Searchers track your 'Searches" and store them.
My suggestion is still valid.
Clear your Browser Cache and use a variety of Search Engines and you will get better Search Results in the long run.
This is common sense and should be common practice.
The simple test of comparing Search Results will prove my point.
It's not about Paranoia, it's about getting a broader set of Results.
