Tip: use the depthprobe of the caliper on the bottomend to find the exhaust pipe height inside of the chimmney before smokebox removal and then deduct that measurement from the ehxaustpipe cut.

@TNKleinbahner - Thanks for the tip - and yes that will work fine! The only thing to watch out for is that the exhausts can be different heights so go for the taller and measure on that.
