This tune is dedicated to my friend "John Evers" a great musician and guitarist, who passed away on 24 Sept from sudden Heart failure,we played a lot together(duo Jazz-guitar) When this occurs we look at life in a different way, Victor.

  • Wow. Your style on this reminds me of my old guitar teacher in Chicago, Stu Pierce, who played what he called "Melody In Chords".

You are a master. Do you have any recordings for sale?

  • @9iwthyh6 Thanks,check out my WebSite and there you'll find background info,Vic.

  • Thanks Colin, much appreciated, well take a few easy tunes like"Blue Bossa" Autumn Leaves" "Tune up' where the chord progressions are limited to one or two modulations(change of key) and be shure to learn your scales and 2-5-1 progressions in major and minor(very important) and play real slow at first with full concentration on melody and phrasing, Greetings and lots of success,Vic.

  • Hi. Victor You are one hell of a Jazz guitarist. I have been trying my hand at this jazzy stuff for a few years now but I am still struggling. Have you any advice on easy standards to learn first.

Thanks for a fantastic Youtube resource for Jazz musicians.

    From Colin in England

  • Thanks Jens, glad you enjoyed, always welcome to my channel, greets Vic.
