That's like if McDonald's had a "Free Hamburger Wednesday" but you had to pay for the Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onions, Ketchup and Mustard. Sure, you don't have to pay for the burger, but you still have to pay for something else before you can have it. I fail to see how that's "free" at all. Not to mention, you have a legal right to a free credit report, which you can get directly from the government without paying a dime. The people running that company are con artists, through and through.
