@hoyadestroya85 Haha tell me. They really thought they was going to blow america away at the worlds so they don't have to take the other meets seriously. Arrogance will cost you all the time.
The Jamaicans didn't put their best at this because they believe they would have beat Americans at the big events. They just wanted to see how Americans would do with their "best" stars.
@mraims2plez As an American I find it passive for you to apologize to any foreigner especially when they wouldn't hesitate at our FAILURES. Jamaicans aren't near as humble and meek as Americans, so don't apologize for our U.S. Pride.
@pearpeas Well I might be willing to admit that america has been hugely egotistical but i think we on the whole are getting better especially since we USED to have a lot of money. But we do realize that if we want to be the best we have to compete against the best. And the best can come from anywhere. Carl Lewis was a poor competitor but Tyson Gay is the man because of his humility. We're gettin' better. Be patient with us please!
Aiight bro, am all for good means bad, but that didn't sound like a compliment but ok--..
however being bias is not an indication of quality--that just pure FUCKERY! Unfortunately is this is also INHERENTLY American. They are so in loves with themselves, they should compete against each-other.
That is why you should watch CBC, and BBC. Trust me world view will change.
@pearpeas Easy, easy bro. Over hear in the good ol' U.S. when we call an athlete a horse it's a compliment. we just don't call anyone any species of monkey! And also, they may be a little biased because their audience is initially american and over here we run folks off the air if we don't like 'em!
