Left 1 Dead - Dead Air 1 - Expert

A friend gave me this challenge: finish any campaign ALONE in expert. I took it ofcourse :3. Here is the proof. I used the cheats only to kick the bots. Then i turned it off.
And here, my rules and some tips:

Rules:
- Use Bill
- Don't start with tier 2 weapon on level 3
- Use only one medikit per level

Tips:
- Pay special attention to the smoker. If you need camp a horde / crescendo event, try to find a room with no angles for a smoker pull. IA smokers doesnt make much noises , so pay A LOT of attention and if you notice a smoker near and you cant know where is, just try to bait it (show yourself and then use something to cover you to avoid the pull)
- IA Hunters are easily deadstoppeable.
- IA Boomers are silly and make a lot of noises, so spamm melee while you run if you hear a boomer around.
- Dont fight the tanks, just lite em (optional) and rush ahead (when the tank is on, the special infecteds wont spawn).
- Levels 1 and 4 are easy, if you rush it, the special will spawn far away, near the beginnin of the level, so if you rush it really fast, no specials during the entire level :) .
