OBAMA'S LIST OF LIES & HYPOCRISY


#1. Nasty, negative campaigning. The media says Obama has run a positive, uplifting campaign and that the negativity is Hillary's fault. False. His campaign has blamed Hillary for Benzair Bhutto's death (Dec., Iowa), claimed she didn't care about Katrina victims (Jan., New Hampshire), consistently trashed the Clinton legacy starting in Nevada, released a memo calling Hillary "racially insensitive" and implying her campaign was racist (Jan., South Carolina), used right-wing style attacks to mislead voters about Hillary's health care plan (Ohio), blocked revotes in Michigan and Florida, and is already releasing negative mailers about Hillary in Indiana. #2. Rezko. Initially claimed that Rezko had donated $50-60K to his campaigns. Then disclosed the number was $120K. Recently had to admit the number was $250K. Then released documents showing that Rezko was on his finance committee for the 2004 campaign. Claimed in South Carolina debate that his Rezko dealings were limited to "five hours" of legal work. Turns out they had a 17 year relationship. Claimed "no one had any inkling" Rezko was in legal trouble when they engaged in a house deal, only to later admit that he even questioned Rezko about his criminal ties. Said Rezko house deal was coincidence, but later revelead he approached Rezko for help buying the house. #3. Position on guns. In the Pennsylvania debate, Obama claimed it wasn't his handwriting on a questionnaire that said he favored banning guns. This has been proven false by many sources, including a long article on Politico.com: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0308/9269.html

#4: Selma. Gave speech in Selma claiming Kennedys paid for the airlift that brought his father to America and that his parents married because of Selma. #5: Attacking Hillary. In the Penn debate, Obama claimed his campaign wasn't involved in pushing Hillary's Bosnia "big fish tale" mistake in order to attack her character. This is false. Not only did his campaign release the memos that pushed this negative story, they have held numerous conference calls urging reporters to use it to attack Hillary, even though the trip was indeed dangerous and Hillary just exaggerated it. #6: Oil. Claimed he didn't take money from oil companies or lobbyist, a claim debunked as misleading and simplistic by Factcheck.org among others. #7: Ayers. In the Pennsylvania debate, tried to claim he barely knows domestic terrorist Bill Ayers. This is not true. They are friends and Ayers helped launch his Chicago political career. #8: Rev. Wright's anti-White, anti-American hate speech. First, Obama claimed he never heard it and never knew about it. This is not true as this video shows. Then, Obama claimed it should be taken in context and understood. This is hypocritical, because he and his campaign refused to take comments on race by the Clintons and Geraldine Ferarro in their proper context, and instead Obama painted them as racist. Obama implied Wright's hate speech is normal in black churches. This is false. Profane and hateful language is inappropriate in most black churches. Claimed he could not disown Wright because Wright was his spiritual mentor, like a father figure. Later denounced Wright when he started tanking in the polls and lied saying Wright was nothing more than a pastor.

Please, North Carolina and Indiana, don't nominate Obama. He really is a hypocrite with too much baggage, and he is NOT electable anymore!

#9. Gas tax. Even though Obama has no energy plan at all, he criticizes Hillary because she attempted to do something for temporary gas price relief by proposing gas companies pay the gas tax instead of consumers, to save consumers a little money in the short-term. Not only is this hypocritical (because he himself has no plan) he voted three times for gas tax relief as a Illinois senator.

White people have really had it hard in this country. They were enslaved for 265 years and mated like cattle. They lived under jim crow for over 140 years. They worked on plantations for slave labor and most times no pay. They were lynched for looking at black women, dragged out of their houses and raped for 140 years after white slavery.
