Just replace some of the wheat flour with white if you don't like the wheat flavor. Keep some in there for nutrition benifits. Ü

What are the loaves like without the small fraction of added flour, and what brand was it? Great series! Watched all parts twice.

@davescarpetti I don't recall ever making them with out adding the 2 cups of flour. I imagine they would be just a bit heavier and may not rise as nice and light. But certainly would still be good. I buy it at Shar's Kitchen a store in Mesa, AZ. She has a website too.

Is that fine or coarse salt?

@16hilltyKMS The salt I get is somewhere between coarse and fine. I think either one will work great as it will dissolve in the warm water. I tend to use heaping Tablespoons as sea salt is not as strong as regular salt.

@16hilltyKMS Somewhere between the two. But I think either would work the same as it desolves in the warm water.

Please help. I have tried your recipe and 2 others but the 6 loaf won't turn out for me. My 2, 3 or 4 loaf is great, but the 6 loaf won't make a window pane. It just falls apart. I've tried adding more flour, less flour, more kneed time, and less... I just can' t figure it out and I'm wasting precious flour trying to figure it out. Do you have any ideas? I'll try to post a video.

Hmmmm Are you mixing them all at the same time? It's hard to say if I don't know your procedure. It doesn't sound like it is mixed thoroughly? A video would be most helpful. Good luck.
