Using Shar's recipe with her permission, we show the entire bread making process. Six loaves using a Bosch and Whisper Mill. Grinding wheat, adding 6 cups water 115º , 6 cups ground wheat, 2/3 cup canola oil, 2/3 cup honey, 2 cups high gluten flour, 2 TBSP sea salt, 3 TBSP Dough Enhancer (added later because I forgot in this video) 3 TBS yeast. Started Bosch, added about 5 more cups of wheat. Shar's Bosch Kitchen Center 1-800-714-3391 http://www.sharskitchen.com/ (her in-store prices are always cheaper than the website.)

  • What are the loaves like without the small fraction of added flour, and what brand was it? Great series! Watched all parts twice.

  • @davescarpetti I don't recall ever making them with out adding the 2 cups of flour. I imagine they would be just a bit heavier and may not rise as nice and light. But certainly would still be good. I buy it at Shar's Kitchen a store in Mesa, AZ. She has a website too.

  • Is that fine or coarse salt?

  • @16hilltyKMS The salt I get is somewhere between coarse and fine. I think either one will work great as it will dissolve in the warm water. I tend to use heaping Tablespoons as sea salt is not as strong as regular salt.

  • @16hilltyKMS Somewhere between the two. But I think either would work the same as it desolves in the warm water.

  • Please help. I have tried your recipe and 2 others but the 6 loaf won't turn out for me. My 2, 3 or 4 loaf is great, but the 6 loaf won't make a window pane. It just falls apart. I've tried adding more flour, less flour, more kneed time, and less... I just can' t figure it out and I'm wasting precious flour trying to figure it out. Do you have any ideas? I'll try to post a video.

Hmmmm Are you mixing them all at the same time? It's hard to say if I don't know your procedure. It doesn't sound like it is mixed thoroughly? A video would be most helpful. Good luck.

I have the recipe listed in the info next to the video. I could e-mail you a scanned it copy if you need.

Just replace some of the wheat flour with white if you don't like the wheat flavor. Keep some in there for nutrition benifits. Ü
