Hes made millions so i wouldnt really argue with that. But yes, Duncan Bannatyne is a wonkey eyed cunt.
-
@Corbon440 Right. He demands more money and people supply it. Easy as cake really. :D
-
he the man, thx for Virgin Active Mr.Branson :)
-
So he was never a poor boy on benefits living on a council estate... he is still self made and I do not begrudge him one penny of his fortune....
-
What a boss.
-
@BBoyMonsta101 Virgin media? what about their transport sectors Virgin trains and Virgin Atlantic airways? They seem to be in dire straits at the moment!
-
the mouth is just massive aint it
-
Most Branson haters still don't seem to grasp the concept of supply and demand.
-
@Ophiuchus123456789 I've read his book, he was never poor, but never particularly well off. He also moved out at 16 and so the amount of money his parents had was irrelivant anyway. Also even he did have a bit of money back then, to go from a bit of money to owning a multi billion pound company is no different from "rags to riches".
-
@fred5644 he WAS, you fool. Born in a posh area of London does not make you "rags to riches" by any means. He is no Theo Paphitis or Alan Sugar.
Do your research properly first.
-
@Ophiuchus123456789 that's not even true, he was never "well off". Do your research...
-
its not actually THT funny tbh.:/
-
@funkymish Duncan Bannatyne is not an example to categorise with Richard Branson. Richard Branson went from well off to rich while men like Bannatyne, Lord Sugar and Theo Paphitis (sp?) are good examples of rags to riches.
-
I don't understand why some people complain about him not knowing the difference between net and gross.
Im sure that 99% of you, how know perfectly the difference, don't have 1% of his potential.
-
cant beleive the hate from these comments, most of the hate is from illegal stuff anyway you retards. if hes stopping you doing illegal things hes obeying the law fucking idiots
-
@funkymish Hard workers in jobs below "what their effort deserves" are usually working for someone and they're very "good" at the unimportant. Branson isn't lucky.. he says "fun is at the core of how I do business" or something like that, can't remember the exact words. So just because he's laid back and laughing doesn't mean he's not working hard or being "honest."
The way society is set up? huh? then you factor in luck? HUH?
Yeah, good luck man.

lol
-
He can't possibly not understand the difference.
I think he's got a completely different view of implementing his calculation - a more simplistic way. Thus, he's partly being humble and partly mocking the execs.
lol I like him nevertheless. He's the closest thing to being a role model to me ;p
-
so what if he failed to explain? He earns in a day more than the most of us in 3 years!.. wake up, stop being jealous and try to be like him! If you can't make it, ok, no problem, but stop being annoying.... IMHO
-
He will learn the fucking difference in a minute if he doesnt stop throttling my bittorrent
-
yes and i like jimmies mum.
-
@korgasm I like pot noodle.
-
cat got ya tongue mate??, or is it dads night to molest you?
You're right, those things are more important than grades if you want to have a successful career. But the way society is set up, not having decend grades makes things that much harder.
Then you factor in luck...
For every Richard Branson and Duncan Bannatyne, there are millions of honest, hard workers in jobs below what their effort deserves.
