Uh, when Hwoarang claims a victory he speaks Korean (if I heard it right, apologies if I got my languages mixed), but in the ending, he speaks fluent but badly acted English? WTF?

I always was in awe when in the cutscene when Isshin Chiba (voice of Jin) was sorta able to speak English, but when I think about it, he also sorta spoke English when he voiced Sean in Street Fighter 3 NG and SI. lol
